Inspired Designs - Innovative Solutions - One Trusted Resource®

Our Vision

In 1978, when Galaxy® Glass & Stone was a brand-new business, a client asked our founder Eugene Negrin to describe our fledgling company. That’s easy, he told him. No other company understands the building design profession the way we do, and no other company has the formidable combination of both passion and expertise necessary to provide the range of high-level services that our clients expect and demand. Much has changed since those early days, yet the answer to that question is still the same.

Over our 45 year history, Galaxy® has played an integral role in many of the world’s most exceptional design projects and has become an indispensable resource for scores of the most well-known names in architecture and design. Countless times, our creative approach has transformed inspiration into reality, and our meticulous attention to detail has brought success to what was previously unachievable. Our clients have learned to depend on us, and we have always treasured the trust they have placed in us to realize their visions. With these important and longstanding relationships, Galaxy® has grown to become one of the world’s leading purveyors of custom glass, metal and stone services.

Today – led by Galaxy’s second-generation – Daniel & Ben Negrin our 45,000 square-foot facility in Fairfield, New Jersey houses the talent, skill, and equipment that together create the Galaxy® brand name. Our quality, precision, lead time and reliability continue to set industry standards.

At Galaxy, we are passionate about environmental responsibility. Not because we need to be, but because we want to be. We refuse to use the harsh chemicals and paints that have become the industry norm and have sourced environmentally friendly alternatives. Our manufacturing processes utilize coatings with zero VOCs and many of our machines run on natural gas. Glass factories usually produce a lot of waste, but by donating our glass scraps and offcuts to local glass artisans, we are able to divert thousands of pounds of garbage each year. We have supplied Glass products that have helped our clients achieve LEED certification for numerous projects and are experienced in providing the required documentation for the USGBC.
