Stonehenge® series of custom laminated glass composites with metallic interlayers is a proprietary process where woven wire, metal meshes, perforated metals and other metallic materials are encapsulated between two or more panels of glass to form a Safety Laminated glass composite that meets or exceeds all applicable Federal and State Safety Glazing Codes for your jurisdiction.
Is the result of a unique integration of glass and metal which forms a dynamic custom laminate. Galaxy's proprietary process allows the effective encapsulation of these materials, protecting them from atmospheric degradation while exceeding the requirements for safety and security codes.
Is available in a multitude of glass types, interlayer colors and metal material types.
Standard Panels are available in a 72" x 130" dimensions. The overall thickness of this laminated product is available in 13mm (9/16") and custom thicknesses depending on your usage and specifications. All sizes are custom fabricated. Consult Galaxy® Glass & Stone for specially oversized panels.
Will be customized to your dimensional and shape requirements.
Your choice of edgework includes polished, seamed and beveled edges. Holes and notches can be achieved for specific project requirements.
